Class Description:

Spin classes provide an intense, low-impact cardio workout set to fun, upbeat music and offer a challenge to participants of all fitness levels. Our instructors will coach you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn.  You control your own resistance and pace which allows you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.  We feature LeMond Rev Master Pro bikes with computers that track your cadence, mileage, ride time and heart rate (we use the Pilot II console which detects HR signals from most chest straps that emit an analog signal and all ANT+ digital chest transmitters).   (45 minutes)

Class Etiquette & Guidelines:

-You will need to bring a water bottle (there is a water cooler for your use)
-Towels are provided
-Please be in the studio at least 5 minutes before class begins to allow ample time to get your bike set up, etc
-Please do not talk during class as this makes it difficult for others to hear the instructor and can be a distraction to the instructor and your classmates.
